Lunch with the Colonel

Many years ago, when I was in the Army, the Colonel, to whom I reported, invited me to lunch. We were to meet with the Captain of a Spanish freighter that had anchored two days before in Limon Bay, the major harbor on the Caribbean for Panama and the Canal Zone.
